Suma’s practice focuses on corporate law and governance for nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations. Prior to joining Asiatico Law, Suma served as an administrator in higher education, policy advocate, and trial lawyer. In these roles, she guided organizations on operations, employee matters, program development, and a variety of business needs, making her uniquely qualified to counsel our nonprofit, tax-exempt clients.
