Since joining Asiatico Law in May 2018, Staci has focused on helping clients navigate and comply with the ever-changing charitable solicitation registration requirements and ensuring their corporate compliance and governance obligations are timely met. Staci started her legal assistant career in South Florida, where she worked for in-house counsel and then for a named partner in a top boutique real-estate law firm, working in the areas of corporate governance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.

Staci was born and raised in Florida and attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she received a B.A. in Political Science. Following graduation, Staci and her husband, Adam, lived in South Florida before relocating to Plano in 2002, followed by another relocation to Cleveland, Ohio, in 2022, where they currently reside with their children.

When not at work, Staci can be found spending time with her family or involved in her community.
