Nancy represents nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, with an emphasis on matters relating to corporate formation and transactions, as well as employment and intellectual property law. Prior to joining Asiatico Law, Nancy’s experience included preparing contracts for a variety of corporate transactions, policies and procedures for employment and human resources practices, and performing corporate compliance functions. Nancy also has extensive litigation experience and has represented Fortune 500 companies, closely held corporations, health care providers, state and local government entities, and individuals. She has litigated various business and commercial, employment, professional liability, products liability, toxic tort, and personal injury disputes.
