Staci’s experience includes working as a paralegal in the areas of corporate governance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions, and she is excited to provide essential support to Asiatico Law’s attorneys and clients. She began her legal assistant career in South Florida, where she worked for in-house counsel and then for a named partner in a top boutique real-estate law firm. Staci joined Asiatico Law in May 2018 and has enjoyed learning more about the unique legal requirements of nonprofits while being actively involved in helping clients stay on top of their compliance and corporate governance needs.Staci was born and raised in Florida and attended the University of Florida in Gainesville where she received a B.A. in Political Science. Following graduation, Staci and her husband, Adam, lived in South Florida before relocating to Plano in 2002. She can’t imagine life before Texas!
When not at work, Staci can be found spending lots of time with her husband and their four children, two sons and two daughters, who are currently in elementary school, middle school, and high school. Staci enjoys reading and working with her children on their homework.
