Asiatico & Associates, PLLC was a God-send for Crenshaw Christian Center! In my almost 35 years of running our ministry, I have always been a stickler for and very diligent to do everything I knew was right with regard to being compliant with current laws related to operating a 501(c)(3) organization. (We have a local church, founded by Apostle Frederick K. C. Price and an internationally recognized Television Ministry, “Ever Increasing Faith”). I, unfortunately, have found that I was not always given the best, most accurate advice on a given subject. When I met Brooke Asiatico, I immediately realized that we should retain the services of her firm. She is a person of absolute integrity, very bright, knowledgeable and insightful. She will work in concert with your CPA on related matters. She is current on applicable laws relating to everything from reasonable compensation for disqualified individuals to incorporating your ministry to Intermediate Sanctions to tax laws to a review of every aspect of your ministry from a legal standpoint to insure compliance in every area. In my humble opinion, it is extremely important for every church, regardless of size to engage the services of a knowledgeable law firm such as Asiatico & Associates.

As a minister for thirty years, Rachel and I wholeheartedly recommend to you the professional expertise of Brooke Asiatico and Associates. She has taught seminars to hundreds of ministers at our annual Leadership Summit, providing both practical and spiritual insight regarding 501c3-related IRS alerts and their changing laws. We have found her to be easily accessible and a pleasure to work with. “Check with Brooke first” is a frequent memo throughout our ministry offices.

In a day of such disarray and confusion and with ministry so consuming, as ministers we find ourselves needing help in many areas, such as IRS updates, government compliance, and assuring that our financial and legal records and accounting procedures are in divine order. I know of no one who can provide greater assistance in these areas than Brooke Asiatico. Brooke is a sweet Christian lady of the highest integrity and the finest attorney we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Being honest, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable about ecclesiastical business and law, Brooke will be an invaluable asset on your team. Refusing to use the fear tactics of some, she brings solution, counsel, experience, and inspiration. In my opinion, Brooke is an absolute expert whom God is using to strengthen His Church in these last days. I highly recommend her.

In 2006 Living Word Christian Church found that it had some difficult but not unwelcome challenges to deal with: Church membership had nearly doubled, tithes and offerings had increased significantly, additions had to be made to paid staff and we were seriously looking into another major building project and its financing- an experience we had not enjoyed five years earlier.
Many other ministries we knew, far more successful and well known than we, were under fierce government scrutiny and being seriously challenged by the IRS regarding benefits, Pastors’ compensations, especially housing allowances, overall fiscal practices and their 501 (c)(3) status.
Despite the fact that we strove to follow the letter of the law precisely, each time a question arose that involved law or finances for nonprofit or religious institutions, the answers were always dangerously slow in coming and never backed by any meaningful practical knowledge or experience. Our exposure was both very real and very serious and we began the search for more meaningful representation and advice.
A ministry associate then introduces us to Asiatico & Associates of Richardson, Texas and its founder and managing member, Brooke Asiatico.
We were immediately impressed with Ms. Asiatico’s professional credentials, client list, and experience representing and advising corporate organizations but even more so her specific work with nonprofit, tax-exempt entities, such as religious organizations.
Even more than her personal resume, however we recognized in Brooke and those in her firm, a sense of outstanding professionalism, attention to detail and a particular passion to serve Godly ministries with excellence and a zeal for Making God’s work the best that it could possibly be.
Over the past 6 years, our relationship has grown into one of complete trust and confidence that Brooke and Asiatico & Associates will always have our best interest at heart and continue to represent and advise us in both legal and financial matters in a manner beyond what we could ever expect from any other firm.

My company, Pathlight Entertainment, LLC engaged Asiatico and Associates, PLLC to handle all the legal work on our first feature film, Beyond the Farthest Star. Brooke and her staff provided, not only, a comprehensive grasp of the legal issues involved, but, also, enthusiastic and effective representation in all our negotiations. In addition, Managing Attorney Brooke Asiatico and Staff Counsel Katari Buck's commitment to developing, not only, a genuine relationship with us as clients but a sincere understanding of the vision of our project, inspired a sense of well-being which sustained us throughout the entire production process.

It has been said that 'ignorance is bliss.'" However, ignorance of the law is never an adequate defense in court. During the last 20 years of ministry, I have been astounded at how little pastors, non- profit executives, and faith-based leaders know about the state and federal laws that govern their organizations and ministries. I too was in that same category of ignorance until partnering with Asiatico and Associates. Brooke Asiatico and her team of legal experts are experienced legal professionals who walk in the wisdom and love of Christ. They have saved us countless hours and thousands of dollars while helping us navigate the ever changing world of non-profit law.
Asiatico and Associates is the legal counsel for my non-profit ministry, Bryan Jarrett Ministries, as well as, for Northplace Church.
The leadership teams of both organizations sleep well at night knowing the legal matters of our ministries are being cared for by the nation’s leading legal team in non-profit law.

Brooke Asiatico is a superb attorney. Not only have we happily employed her firm, Asiatico & Associates, for many years now, I personally recommend her every time I come across a friend in the ministry. When I think of Brooke Asiatico, I think of all those adjectives which are woefully uncommon in the Body of Christ: integrity, fidelity, honor, duty and loyalty. I would recommend Brooke Asiatico to anyone.

In our banquet speaking over the years we would occasionally include some humor with regard to the legal professional. However; when I needed high-level, ethical, and competent counsel I found who you select is no joke…we have been fortunate to be represented by the highly professional team of the Richardson, Texas based law firm of Asiatico & Associates, PLLC. We have found they have tremendous depth of understanding 501(c)(3) church, para-church, and charitable giving markets. It is my honor and privilege to recommend them as highly as people who have a Godly desire to serve ministry. Brooke A. Asiatico is in ever increasing demand as a speaker and you will find her highly informative to dialogue with.

There is a divine presence and skill evident in the demeanor and work product of Asiatico & Associates. The legal competence and godly counsel I receive from Brooke and her team is unequalled when it comes to ministry organizations. I myself am an attorney and have engaged law firms around the United States for business matters; however, I have not found a law firm that serves churches and ministries better than Asiatico & Associates. The law firm conducts itself professionally and handles clients with grace and dignity. Asiatico & Associates is a law firm that will take you by the hand and support your passion in serving the Lord. Whether the task is forming and maintaining a non-profit or ministry-oriented organization, providing counsel on critical or crisis matters, or thinking outside of the box, my first phone call is to Asiatico & Associates. I highly recommend this law firm to churches, ministries, pastors, ministers and Christian business persons.

The results we have achieved working together with Asiatico and Associates has been truly remarkable. This is a firm that understands the finer nuances of operating in the non-profit and church realms. Plus it shares the vision that we have to proclaim the gospel to the nations of the world. Brooke Asiatico has not only been able to make us see complex legal issues resolved, but helped us achieve goals that without her expertise would be unachievable.
