Mr. Peak received his Bachelor of Business Administrations from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri, where he graduated cum laude and received the Outstanding Business Graduate of 2005. He went on to earn his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2009, where he was the Moot Court Business Affairs Coordinator.
Mr. Peak is involved in local church activities as well as fundraising events for causes close to his heart. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Flower Mound Bar Association. He enjoys reading and watching his wife run while he eats her wonderful cooking and baked goods. He and his wife, Bethany, are the proud parents of their only son, Mo, a chocolate lab.
