Jackie Scroggins worked in communications for Southwestern Bell Telephone where she was a Manager in Operator Service. While there she instructed operators and designed practices and procedures. She attended Texas Women’s University and has several certifications in Training and Customer Service. Ms. Scroggins retired with 30 years of service.
After retiring from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company she had the opportunity to work for several Law Firms as an Office Manager/Receptionist utilizing her excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ms. Scroggins had the pleasure of joining Asiatico & Associates in June 2009 where she’s experienced Ms. Asiatico’s and the staff’s commitment and excellence to all clients, as she continues to assist with all call traffic, scheduling and conferencing of clients. She is lovingly known as “Mom” in the office because of her ability to make sure all staff members are well taken care of and the day to day operations run smoothly.
Ms. Scroggins is involved in her church and enjoys spending time with her husband, children and four wonderful granddaughters. She loves cooking, sports and reading.
