Brooke Asiatico began the private law firm Asiatico & Associates, PLLC after several years as a Partner in private practice involved in non-profit corporate counsel service. With a wide general experience in corporate organizations, and in particular, non-profit, tax-exempt corporations, Ms. Asiatico proficiently represents our clients in all areas of concern to them as the firm acts as General Counsel to several of the largest non-profit organizations in the United States and throughout the world.
As such, Asiatico & Associates has represented religious organizations, private colleges and primary schools, hospitals, civic organizations, public organizations created by governmental authorities, private corporations and foundations, as well as individual clients. Ms. Asiatico also speaks at various conferences throughout each year on topics critically important to public charities and private foundations. She typically works with corporate boards of directors, officers, executive management and staff providing counsel and guidance on all corporate legal matters pertinent to the organization. The firm's clients benefit from her commitment to preventive legal counseling and her ability to troubleshoot potential risk and liability.
Ms. Asiatico received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Texas at Dallas, summa cum laude, where she was a member of Phi Kappa Alpha and the Golden Key International Honour Society. Ms. Asiatico is a member of the State Bar of Texas, a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is very involved in her local church and sits on a variety of non-profit organization boards of directors and committees. Ms. Asiatico is a native Texan, and she and her husband, Benny, are the proud parents of two wonderful sons and one beautiful, darling daughter.
