Ms. Peak received her Bachelor of Science in Communication from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio in 2004. She went on to earn her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2009 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas that same year. She is a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and, although she is a native Ohioan, she is happy to now call the Great State of Texas home.
Since joining Asiatico & Associates in August 2009, Ms. Peak has gained a wide range of experience in the area of non-profit, tax-exempt corporations law. Ms. Peak represents our clients in all issues faced by charitable organizations, including drafting various organizational and transactional documents; filing corporate documents with state, local, and/or federal government offices; review and drafting of corporate policies; conducting legal research; developing retirement and/or deferred compensation plans; drafting board and committee meeting minutes; and handling a host of other issues faced by tax-exempt organizations.
Ms. Peak is involved in local church activities and fundraising events for the American Diabetes Association and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. She enjoys running, cooking and baking, and rooting on her New York Yankees to their next World Championship title. She and her husband, Ryan, are the proud parents of one chocolate labrador, Mo.
